About Your Stay

What time is check-out?
Check-out is generally at 11:00 (may vary by plan)
For an additional 2,000 yen per room, you can extend your check-out time to 12:00.
Is there a curfew?
There is no curfew. You may enter and exit the facility at any time.

Can I invite people to my room?
As part of our increased security, only hotel guests are permitted to enter the rooms.
If you have an appointment, please use the lounge on 1F.
I'd like to extend my stay.
Please contact the front desk.
Please be aware that depending on room availability we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Unfortunately, we do not carry baby beds, etc.

Is smoking permitted?
All our rooms are non-smoking.
Please use the smoking space on 1F for your smoking needs.
Guests found smoking in their room will be fined an additional cleaning fee equivalent to one night's stay.
We appreciate your assistance in ensuring all guests enjoy a pleasant stay.
I lost my key...
Guests who have lost their key card will be charged 2,000 yen to issue a new card.

Can I make outside calls from the phone in my room?
The phones in our rooms are only for internal calls and contacting the front desk.

Can I store my luggage?
Yes.
You may store your luggage free of charge. However, this may only be done during your period of stay - from the day you check in until the day you check out.
Can I ship my luggage?
Yes, you can select between prepaid and C.O.D. shipping services.
Shipping forms are available at the front desk. Feel free to ask our staff for details. Please be aware that international shipping is not available and requests may not be accepted depending on the size of your luggage.

We have no shuttle to the airport from our hotel.
